66 and post menopausal, after having worked out my whole life my body had become something that I was no longer in tune with. I first met Paulina in group fitness at Xsport. My favorite teacher had left and I nearly ended my membership, then in came Paulina. She took over the Body Pump class and I kept my membership & was so excited to return for the classes. I have never had an instructor like Paulina.
